Please avoid scheduling appointments solely for “Respiratory Mask Fit ONLY,” as this requirement can be addressed during your clearance appointment.
For all students:
If you fail to show up to your appointment, you will be charged a $20.00 NO SHOW FEE. If you book multiple appointments and fail to attend those appointments you will be charged a $20.00 no show fee for EACH missed appointment.
