- · Do not wait until the last day — the office closes at 4:00 PM and students arriving after closing will not be seen.

We’re glad to support you in preparing for your upcoming clinical or field placement. Please review the information below before booking your appointment.
Getting Started
- New Users: Please register for an account using the link on the left.
- Returning Users: If you already have an account, simply log in to book your appointment.
What to Bring
Please bring all physical copies of your completed Medical and Non‑Medical requirements to your scheduled appointment. Digital copies will not be accepted.
Fees
- $40.00 – Pre‑Placement Clearance (Non‑refundable)
- $40.00 – Respiratory Mask Fit (Non‑refundable)
Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Debit, MasterCard, Apple Pay
Not Accepted: Cash payments
No‑Show Policy
- A $20.00 no‑show fee will be charged if you miss your appointment without notifying the WIL team.
- If you miss multiple appointments, a $20.00 fee will apply to EACH missed appointment.
Expectations for Students
- Carefully review all required tasks and ensure you allocate enough time to complete them.
- Follow the timelines provided by your Program Manager/Coordinator for all medical and non‑medical requirements.
- Ensure that all certifications and checks with expiry dates remain valid for the full duration of your placement.
- Retain copies of all documentation.
- Have all hard copy documents ready for:
- Your placement clearance appointment
- Your placement partner/agency

Please do not schedule appointments solely for “Respiratory Mask Fit ONLY.” This requirement will be completed during your Placement Clearance appointment.
For All Students
- If you fail to attend your appointment and do not notify the WIL team in advance, you will be charged a $20 NO-SHOW FEE.
- If you book multiple appointments and miss any of them without notifying the WIL team, you will be charged $20 for EACH missed appointment.
