- Year 2 & 2nd Entry = December 10, 2025
- Year 3 = December 5, 2025
- Year 4 = December 2, 2025
RPN Refresher (RPNR) = November 21, 2025
Practical Nursing (PN)
- Year 1 = December 8, 2025
- Year 2 = December 9, 2025
Personal Support Worker (PSW)
- December 12, 2025
Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- December 18, 2025

What to Bring
Please ensure you bring all pre-placement Medical and Non-Medical requirements, along with the completed forms, to your appointment.
Fees
- $40.00 – Pre-Placement Clearance (Non-refundable)
- $40.00 – Respiratory Mask Fit (Non-refundable)
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Debit, MasterCard, and Apple Pay only.
Cash payments are not accepted.
No-Show Policy
- If you fail to attend your appointment and do not notify the WIL team, you will be charged a $20.00 NO-SHOW FEE.
- If you book multiple appointments and fail to attend, you will be charged $20.00 for EACH missed appointment.
Expectations
- Review all required tasks carefully and understand the time needed to complete each.
- Follow the timelines provided by your Program Manager/Coordinator for completing medical and non-medical requirements.
- All certifications and checks with expiry dates must remain valid for the entire duration of your placement.
- Retain all documentation.
- Have all hard copy documents ready for:
- Your placement clearance appointment
- Your placement partner/agency
- Ask questions if you need clarification.
